Winemaker notes for Sring 2010:
OMG.. Harvest is here again.. The cool season has put the picking back a few weeks. Hopefully the quailty will be better.. With the growth in our sales we are working hard to keep up with the bottling. New wines out are the 03 Drivewy Zin, a great 04 Reserve cab from the Wisner Vineyard in Livermore and the next heir to the Syrah throne, the 05 Loco Lobo Vineyard Syrah. WE are barrel tasting a unusual Syrah-Viognier Co-fermented wine. Soft nose .. Soft on the pallett. Soft all over.. BUT sturd with food!! Got som new whites in the works.. A 05 and 06 Chard. Calling it “Cougar Juice”.. Mature .. Smooth Lots of flavor.. And a Pinot Gre 06. Cant Wait!!
