September rolls in to el Sol Winery.. TWO.. Yes Two events this month..
The Livermore Valley Winegrowers Harvest Fest.. We will be pouting at Wente Winery on the 5th and 6th. Great specials on our whites and reds. The return of the $40 Buck4 Pack. Cuvee Sav Blanc Seat of My Pants Blend and perhaps the 04 S F Bay Merlot.. The event is a closed event for ticket holders only. Check the LVWA.Org site for info
We will also be open at the winery on Monday the 6th.. Hosting a special Solstice Wine Club Pot Luck BBQ to finish out the summer. Harvest Fest guests are welcome as well and will receive a special Event Discount on wine sales. Call for info regarding the BBQ and for info on joing the Wine Club
The Fall Wine Club Pack will be out later in September. Check back for date and info.. Got a great Syrah-Viognier Co-Ferment to be released

The Release party is “Reservations Required” and is limited to 50, so get your’s in early please. Call the winery at 925 606 1827.
Our Tasting list has changed a bit.. We are now offering two flight choices. 9 el Sol wines are offered for a $5 fee.. Additionally, 7 el Sol Reserve wines are offered at $10. In either case $5 is waived with a wine purchase.. As always you are able to sit and relax at our tables for wine service. Nice Day?? Sit out in the Patio with a pastoral view of the Altamont Pass. We will serve you there as well.
BARREL TASTING. As always, we will have the 2 futures available in the tasting Room, both a 05 Livermore Petite Sirah and a 2003 (yes 2003) Livermore Cab Sav, Save a big 30% on case sales of these futures.. Did not taste your fave?? Not to be disappointed. Just let us know, if we have it available you can taste it..
If you have not visited our new tasting room, please do stop by to check it out. It is in the same format as the barrel room with a view to die for. We are open Friday Saturday Sunday 12 to 5..
The 2003 Loco Lobo Syrah is still available with a 2 bottle limit.. It is the wine that was sold out in it’s first bottling. Taste what an extra year in oak has done to this great wine!! Only 5 cases left.

News on our other futures …. . If you have purchased any of the previous futures, you may pick them up here at the Winery (8626 Lupin) during the week between 12:00 and 4:30 (please call) and on weekends during tasting hours.
