June-uary is history we hope! July is a bit better. Thanks to those who enjoyed the July 3rd BBQ for all those great snacks.. Let’s do one this month too!! We are joining Les Chenes, Eagle Ridge and Bodegas Aguirre winerys for the “East Tesla Wine Tour”. The event is a evening of Food and Wine parings with an ethnic twist.. Four Small Plate foods will be paired with wine at each winery. We are doing the Good Olde Americian Classics. Kathy’s Mac and Cheese, Mini Corn Dogs with some great Mustards and two other treats that we are still testing.. Les Chenes will be doing French food.. Eagle Ridge will be showcasing Greek style food. Bodegas Aguirre will be highlighting Spanish treats. This event sold out early last year so get you tickets early to insure a spot. The event is planned for August 5th from 5:30 to 8:00.. The cost is $35 per person ($30 for wine club members.) Special Custom Event glasses are yours to add to your collection..
The Summerl Wine Club Pack will be out later in August. Check back for date and info.. Got a great Tempranillo Rose’ we just released. It great well chilled on warm summer days..
Our Tasting list has changed a bit.. We are now offering two flight choices. 10 el Sol wines are offered for a $5 fee.. Additionally, 8 el Sol Reserve wines are offered at $10. In either case $5 is waived with a 2 bottle wine purchase.. As always you are able to sit and relax at our tables for wine service. Nice Day?? Sit out in the Patio with a pastoral view of the Altamont Pass. We will serve you there as well.
BARREL TASTING. As always, we will have the 2 futures available in the tasting Room, both a 2005 Livermore Cab Sav from Casa Blanca Vineryard and a 2006 Syrah from Lodi, Save a big 25% to 30% on case sales of these futures.. Did not taste your fave?? Not to be disappointed. Just let us know, if we have it available you can taste it..
If you have not visited our new tasting room, please do stop by to check it out. It is in the same format as the barrel room with a view to die for. We are open Friday Saturday Sunday 12 to 5..

News on our other futures …. . If you have purchased any of the previous futures, you may pick them up here at the Winery (8626 Lupin) during the week between 12:00 and 4:30 (please call) and on weekends during tasting hours.
