Swinging into summer.  Come join up on the patio or inside the tasting room for a great trip through our wine menu.  Enjoy a seated tasting experience from the list of 16 wines.  Bring a lunch or a snack..  Relax in the sun with a great view of the Altamont Pass.  Might even catch the sight of our resident Red Tail Hawks.. and our usual tasting bar full of delicious snacks..  

Get a preview of the 2006 Loco Lobo Syrah and bottle it yourself.  Come by on the Fourth of July weekend, 3-4-5.. Pick up this popular favorite for $12 a bottle out of the barrel.  No need to bring bottles.  We provide them as well as the corks, foils and lables.  All you do is the work!! 

BARREL TASTING.  As always, we will have the 2 futures available in the tasting Room, both a Reserve Cab and Reserve Merlot , and in the winery.. the 2003 Estate Syrah and a new blend we are calling “by the seat of my pants”. Come on in a get the story..     Did not taste your fave??   Not to be disappointed.  Just let us know, if we have it available you can taste it.. 

If you have not visited our new tasting room, please do stop by to check it out.  It is in the same format as the barrel room with a view to die for.  We are open Friday Saturday  Sunday 12 to 5..

Futures are out with more to come.     The 2002 Merlot and our first Meritage are out and available for pick-up.  The 2003 Petite Sirah has just been released!!  The 03 Sangiovese will be out  in 2 weeks.

The last bottling of the 2003 Loco Lobo Syrah is still available with a 2 bottle limit..  It is the wine that was sold out in it’s first bottling.  Taste what an extra year in oak has done to this great wine!! Only 5 cases left.

Just released is the  2003 Primitivo from Lodi.  This wine is light and fresh unlike it’s son, the Zinfandel grape.  Might confuse it with a Pinot or a Rose’..  Selling now for $20. Petite Sirah,2003, and 2004 Tempranillo have joined the menu.  Can you say YUM YUM??

If you have purchased any of the previous futures, you may pick them up here at the Winery (8626 Lupin) during the week between 12:00 and 4:30 (please call) and on weekends during tasting hours.
